Admission Process 2025-26

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The admission procedure at Delhi Public School Amravati is friendly and transparent. Registration is the first step for seeking admission followed by interaction/test as per class.

  • ADMISSION TO CLASS NURSERY, LKG or UKG
  • ADMISSION TO CLASS I – X

  • Important Points
  • Minimum age 3+* years for Class Nursery.
  • Minimum age 4+* years for Class LKG.
  • Minimum age 5+* years for Class UKG.
  • Applications/Registrations are accepted for the academic year 2025-26 for class Nursery, LKG and UKG.
  • The admission to Class Nursery, LKG and UKG will be through informal interaction with the child as well as the parents.

(Note: Age Criteria as per State Government and CBSE Norms)

  • The admissions to Class I onward is done on the basis of availability of seats in a particular class.
  • Applications/Registrations are accepted for the academic year 2025-26 for classes I to X
  • The child must have passed the previous class from a recognized school.
  • The admission process focused on getting to know the student very well through interaction and academic assessment.
  • Date/suitable time for academic assessment (English, Hindi, Math, Science and SS) followed by interaction will be given at the time of registration.
  • Please Note, admission in class IX and X will be done strictly as per CBSE bye laws.
  • Applications/Registrations are accepted for the academic year 2025-26 for class XI.
  • The admission process includes an academic assessment followed by interaction, to focus on getting to know the applicant well.
  • Date/suitable time for academic assessment followed by interaction will be given at the time of registration.
  • Subject Combination Available for Class XI
  • The parent of the selected students shall be intimated telephonically regarding the offer of Provisional admission.
  • The parent will have to visit the SCHOOL OFFICE to collect the Admission Form.
  • The Admission Form should be neatly and correctly filled in and submitted along with all relevant documents for Provisional admission process.
  • Parents are requested to submit the following along with the Admission Form:
    • Four recent passport coloured photograph of the child.
    • Recent coloured Passport size photograph each of mother & father of the child.
    • Original Transfer Certificate (for classes 2nd and above) / Bonafide (for classes PPRT and 1st) issued by the previous School.
    • Original Birth Certificate for verification with photocopy.
    • In case you fail to take admission on the date specified, the vacancy will be offered to the next candidate.
    • Aadhar Card copy of child, father and mother (photocopy).
    • After completion of all necessary documents and fee the admission will get confirmed.
  • Date and timings for interaction will be intimated telephonically.
  • Incomplete Registration Form will not be processed/accepted.
  • Submission of Registration Form does not guarantee admission, it will depend upon the number of seats available and eligibility criteria.
  • On confirmation of grant of admission, parent will be required to deposit the admission fee within the stipulated time failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to another applicant.
