Notice Period Requirement
If a child is to be withdrawn from the school, a written notice of at least one calendar month is mandatory.In case of failure to provide such notice, one month’s fee will be charged in lieu.
If withdrawal takes place after the academic session has begun, an additional one month’s fee will be applicable.
Refund of Caution Money
Caution Money (refundable) will be returned only upon submission of the prescribed withdrawal form, provided:All school dues have been paid in full or settled satisfactorily.
The refund is claimed within one year from the date of withdrawal.
- Fees in the Month of May
Students leaving the school in the month of May must pay the fee for June as well – this is non-negotiable. Transfer Certificate (TC) Issuance
Transfer Certificates will be issued only after all dues are cleared, including:Accounts department
Class teacher
Library
Sports department
